Clear rules. Human words.

Keep the competition fair.

No fake legal fog. These are the practical rules that protect builders, voters, and the prize.

01

Who can enter

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive the prize where you live.

The project must be yours, or you must have clear permission to submit it. Teams may enter under one named contact.

Your project must use AI meaningfully in how it was built or how it works.

02

What is not allowed

No harmful, illegal, deceptive, adult, hateful, copied, privacy-invasive, or malware-like projects.

Do not submit a project that impersonates another person or company, misuses copyrighted material, or hides what it does.

Vibe Build-Off may reject or remove a project that creates a safety, ownership, or trust problem.

03

Voting

Browsing and trying projects does not require an account. Voting requires a verified signed-in account.

Each account may vote once per project. Votes are timestamped and basic rate limits apply.

Buying votes, using bots, creating fake accounts, coordinating vote rings, or exploiting the site is prohibited.

Suspicious votes may be flagged, reviewed, and removed. Fraud detection details are kept private so they cannot be gamed.

04

How the winner is decided

The raw leader is not automatically paid. After voting closes, the administrator reviews eligibility, project availability, and suspicious voting patterns.

The highest-voted qualifying project wins after verification. If tied, the project with more verified project views wins. If the tie remains, the earlier approved submission wins.

The winning project must remain publicly accessible while the result is verified.

05

Contact and payment

The winner is contacted at the email used for submission. A response and any reasonable identity or payment verification must be provided within seven days.

Payment will be sent through an available lawful method agreed with the winner. If the winner cannot be reached or is ineligible, the next qualifying project may be selected.

Builders are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to their prize.

06

Changes and enforcement

Vibe Build-Off may remove submissions, votes, or accounts that threaten fairness, safety, or platform integrity.

Round dates, prize amounts, and rules may change in future rounds. Material changes will be posted before they apply.

A round may be paused, extended, or cancelled if a serious technical, legal, or fraud issue makes a fair result impossible.
